The Barker Lions Club and Havin' a
B.L.A.S.T! Relay Team are pleased to announce the First Annual Relay For Life
Golf Tournament to be held at Oak Run Golf Course on Saturday, June 18th, 2005
at 1:00 PM. All proceeds from this event will benefit the American Cancer
Society. Registration will include the
following: Lunch at Noon, including beverages, with a shotgun start at
1:00 PM for 18 holes of golf, including cart, a delicious steak dinner prepared
by Joe’s staff at Oak Run at the conclusion of the tournament, beverages and
prizes. there will also be contests, a Chinese auction and other fun events. If you would like to sponsor this event we would be pleased to list your company on our website. We will be happy to provide a hyperlink to your website or e-mail address with your listing to provide additional publicity as our way of saying thanks. Your
tax-deductible sponsorship may be made in several levels: Z
Eagle - $400.00:
This will sponsor one hole, including signage at the event, and registration for
one foursome for play during the tournament. Z
Birdie - $300.00:
Registration for one foursome for play during the tournament. Z
Par - $100.00:
This will sponsor one hole, including signage at the event. Z
Driver - $75.00:
Registration for one golfer for play during the tournament. Z Putter – Prize donations, gift certificates or other cash donations. Registration and sponsorship forms are available at participating merchants throughout the community. |
